These diets work

The reason for creating this site is to share with you what I believe are a few highly effective strategies that have been scientifically proven to work. Myself, as with the vast majority of modern western society, have struggled with the impact of the yo-yo diets. The hard work to shed some weight and then only to gain the weight back in double time.

It is important in this modern age of internet information overload to make a couple of points clear. Firstly, the ideas shared here have been developed by medically trained experts. Secondly, fasting should not be practiced by certain classes of people, more specifically those who are underweight, pregnant mums and any person who has a history of eating disorders. Lastly, it is always recommended that medical professionals or nutritionists be consulted when considering one of these classes of intervention.
